Luis is a Graphic Designer graduated from the University of Monterrey. He is currently developing his final project to obtain Master’s degree in Graphic Design at the Faculty of Visual Arts of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. In 2009, alongside other activists, he founded Pueblo Bicicletero, a collective that promotes the use of bicycles as a means of transportation. Luis joined the National Urban Cycling Network – Bicired Mexico where he coordinates the design area and has developed activations such as the Challenge Without Car, the Modal Challenge and the Hazla de Tos campaign. He directs the design group La Colaboración that has participated in projects such as the Street Manual of the Secretariat of Agrarian, Land and Urban Development, the sixth edition of the World Bicycle Forum, the Tactical Urbanism Manual of Camina, and the CECI platform: Equitable City, Inclusive City.
